The general fixation method uses the "clamping" technique.
In the case of thin, rectangular-shaped products, it is usually not possible to fix them by clamping, so the common method of fixation is the "pressing (clamping)" technique. In this case, it is necessary to change the setup (re-grip), and due to the long length, there are many points that need to be pressed down. Above all, this task requires a setup change by the operator each time, and due to the high number of operations, it is prone to scratches and dents. Additionally, long products are likely to warp or bend.
